. Anglo-Saxon´s Tel Mond branch is one of a cluster of four  branches in Lev HaSahron area, together with Even Yehuda Branch, Kadima/ Zoran branch and Cfar Yona branch. The cluster of Anglo-Saxon´s branches in Lev HaSharon serves both the residents of the area and numerous inquirers. The professional and trained real estate consultants team has a long term acquaintance with the area and the respective villages and towns.The branch in Tel Mond operates since 1994 in the largest rural area of Israel. It turned from a dormant citrus orchards area into a prestigious, active residential area of both the Sharon region and the central and north Gush Dan. This is one of a few areas in Israel where you can find rural settlements which are not Moshavim or Kibbutzin, where one can buy land plots, houses and detached units in new projects

Tel Mond

Tel Mond was established in 1929 by Sir Alfred Mond (Lord Melchet), an English Zionist, visionary industrialist, who decided to establish the "Mataey Eretz Israel" company (Israel orchards), with the encouragement of his friend, Mr. Haim Weitzman, who later became the first president of the State of Israel, and purchased over 1,000 dunams in this region.  

Developed neighborhoods, gardens and ornamental corners were built in recent years, together with squares, schools, a Culture, Youth and Sports center and all the services required by the local and surrounding population.

Maintaining the rural nature and looks of Tel Mond is the main guideline to its planners.

Tel Mond has an extensive education system, with about 20 kindergartens, two primary schools, one orthodox primary school, secondary school and high school.

The Culture, Youth and Sports center offers many enrichment courses, and cultural events (music, theater, dance and more). Sports grounds are located throughout Tel Mond."Hatzofim" and "Bnei Akiva" youth movements are very active in Tel Mond, attracting many youngsters.

Health services are provided by "Klalit" and "Macabi" health insurance funds. Two banks, Leumi and Hapoalin are located in the center of Tel Mond.

 

Herut

A Moshav, south of Tel Mond. Established in 1930 by "Herut" organization, comprised of immigrants from Poland, Russia and Germany who came in the third and fourth "Aliya", and decided to establish a joint settlement. The establishing year of Herut was the 1,800 years anniversary of the Bar Kochva rebellion, hence the name.

The Moshav is affiliated to "Tnuat Hamoshavim". Herut has about 1,300 inhabitants and about 3,800 dunams.Citrus orchards, fruit orchards, chicken and flowers are the main fields of cultivation.

 

Mishmeret

A Moshav in the Sharon, south-east of Dror junction, on Road 4. Established in 1946, by retirees of the British army after world war II. The Moshav spreads over 3,800 dunams. Main sources of income: chicken and flowers. The Moshav is affiliated to "Tnuat Hamoshavim". Mishmeret was expanded in the late 1990th and has about 900 inhabitants.

 

Kfar Hess

A Moshav in the Sharon, east of Tel Mond, affiliated to "Tnuat Hamoshavim". Kfar Hess spreads over 3,800 dunams.Established in 1931, by Moshe Hess, of the Zionism Heralds. The first settlers came from Poland, Russia and Rumania in the third Aliya.

Citrus orchards, fruit orchards, chicken flowers and vegetables are the main fields of cultivation. Kfar Hess was extended in 1998 and many people from the Central region joined it.

 

Ein Vered

A Moshav in the Sharon, affiliated to "Tnuat Hamoshavim", located east of Dror junction on Road 4. Established in 1930 by immigrants from Russia and Poland who came in the fourth Aliya. The name is derived from a water spring at the site and the women who went to get water from the spring.

Ein Vered was extended in the last decade and currently has 1,300 residents in the Moshav and north and south extensions.

 

Ein Sarid

A community municipality of about 1,300 residents in the boundaries of Lev HaSharon regional council, north-east of Dror junction on Road 4. The first residents who built Ein Sarid in 1950, came from different countries. Ein Sarid was first expanded in 1994, and the Israel Lands Administration marketed scores of additional land plots for independent building during the last year.

 

Porat

A Moshav in the Sharon, east of Dror junction on Road 4, affiliated to the Moshavim Union of Hapoel Hamizrahi. Established in 1950 be immigrants from Libya, North Africa. Has about 900 residents and spreads over 3,000 dunams. Citrus orchards, chicken and flowers for export are the main fields of cultivation.

 

Kfar Ya'abetz

A Moshav in the Sharon, established in 1932, affiliated to the Moshavim Union of Hapoel Hamizrahi. Located east of Dror junction on Road 4. Named after Rabbi Zeev Ya'abetz, one of the founders of the World Mizrahi movement.

The Moshav spreads over 3,800 dunams, and the main agricultural activities are citrus orchards, chicken and flowers. The inhabitants uphold the Jewish religion.

 

Azriel

A Moshav in the Sharon, east of Dror junction on Road 4, affiliated to the Moshavim Union of Hapoel Hamizrahi. Established in 1951 mainly by immigrants from Yemen and was expanded in recent years by people from the central region.Has about 700 residents and spreads over 3,000 Dunams.Citrus orchards, chicken, vegetables and chicks for export are the main fields of cultivation.
