About the Branch
Anglo-Saxon´s Jerusalem branch is one of the largest and oldest branches of the Anglo-Saxon National Network. The branch was founded in 1969 by Werner Loval, who established and developed the first Anglo-Saxon office together with the late Dave Blumberg. The Jerusalem branch was involved in the development of Jerusalem from its very first days, by marketing scores of projects and thousands of apartments throughout Jerusalem. The branch's Main Office is located on Moshe Hess St. # 3 (corner of King David St.)
It is conveniently located within walking distance to the bustling city center, The Old City, and upscale hotels. It is nestled in between newly built and refurbished buildings.
Anglo-Saxon Jerusalem employs approximately 25 experienced real estate agents/ consultants. Each specializes in his/her own geographically determined area of the City. The team includes Israeli-born "Sabras" as well as those born abroad. Many are fluent in several languages including: English, French, Russian, German, etc. Some of them have academic degrees in related fields such as engineering, architecture, psychology, law, etc. Most members of the Jerusalem team are veterans in the real estate field. (from 5 to 25 years at Anglo-Saxon) The cumulative knowledge and experience in the branch create a rare, high quality and professional knowledge base which is essential for a successful real estate business.
Anglo-Saxon Jerusalem continues to recruit new, highly motivated real estate consultants with sincere service awareness. Clients benefit from the collaboration of the newer tech-savvy generation and their veteran colleagues.
Anglo-Saxon Jerusalem is involved in the community and has sponsored for many years: an array of Scouts troops in the area, summer camps for the Ethiopian absorption center, the HaPoel Jerusalem basketball team, the "Ellwyn Gan Hashikumi," ( Pre-school for children with disabilities) etc.
