About us

This branch office serves the rural settlement of Tsur Hadassah which currently has ~ 1,300 residing families as well as the moshavim: Ness Harim, Bar Giora, Metah, and Mevo Beitar (the "Fork Settlements")- in total ~ 2,000 homes. These settlements are governed by the Mateh Yehuda council.

Geographically speaking, Tsur Hadassah and the other settlements are 10 kilometers South west of Jerusalem and 10 kilometers East of Beit Shemesh in the heart of the Jerusalem Hills at the height of ~ 700 meters above sea level. This hilly area is covered with natural forests and gorgeous nature preserves. Access roads to the area afford breathtaking views. These roads are considered to be the most enjoyable for driving and bicycle riding in the country.

The shorter and faster way Tsur Hadassah to Jerusalem is the "Tunnel road" which is only a 15 minute ride. An additional way is through Ein Kerem and Har Herzel. Most of the residents of the area work in Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. Many of the residents are affiliated with the Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Campus: many are doctors, medical staff, administrators and/ or researchers.

Many other residents work in the lowland areas (Tel Aviv and Hod Hasharon) or in the South using the # 6 road or the Jerusalem –Tel Aviv # 1 road without having to go through Jerusalem. This road is also hilly with a very nice view. It passes through the Deer Valley or towards Beit Shemesh. From there one can continue on in any direction.

Tsur Hadassah is the central settlement in the area. Tsur Hadassah provides community services such as pre-schools, schools, synagogues, commercial centers, health clinics, and a center for after-school activities and lessons for all ages.

Tsur Hadassah has a very active real estate market- sales, purchases, and rentals of apartments, houses, and plots of land. In the surrounding moshavim

(settlements) real estate includes:  agricultural lands, villas, and plots of land to build upon.
