Born in New York, she moved to Kiryat Gat in 1983 and has been guiding buyers and sellers in the city as a senior real estate advisor with the Anglo-Saxon branch since 2012. English is her mother tongue — and that is more than a convenience. A new immigrant, a foreign resident or an overseas investor is not thrown by the Hebrew; they are thrown by purchase tax, by the mortgage, by the contract, and by the gap between how you buy an apartment there and how you buy one here. Marsha explains every stage until it is completely clear. She made this move herself, and she knows exactly where it breaks down. Her specialty: Karmei Gat and the newer neighbourhoods of Kiryat Gat, alongside apartments in the established ones. She works with sellers, buyers and investors. Over the years she learned that the right apartment is not always the one that was asked for, and that a client who feels pushed does not come back and does not recommend. So she listens a great deal before she suggests. Mother of four and grandmother of five, she holds a bachelor's degree in literature and history, and has lived in Kiryat Gat for more than forty years.
